Official Transcripts for Currently Enrolled Students

Students may request a copy of their official transcripts by filling out a request form in the main office, indicating whether they want to pick up or have us mail direct.

Official Transcripts for Previous Students and Graduates

A transcript includes a summary of grades, transfer credits from previous high schools, and graduation date.  SAT score is also included on your transcript. The records for students who attended Lincoln High School should be requested by mail, fax or e-mail.

The letter should contain the following information:

  • Full name at time of attendance
  • Date of  birth
  • Graduation date or last year of attendance
  • Address to be mailed or number to be faxed
  • Current address and phone number
  • Your signature and copy of picture identification is mandatory
  • $2 fee for each transcript*
  • Indicate designated person who will pick up and pay on your behalf
*Armed services members will have all fees waived.
 
No accommodations are available to use a credit card. Therefore, payment is expected at the time of request. Please follow up your fax or email request by mailing the required fee. If there are outstanding fines, your request will be denied until balance is paid in full.
